    ーザモニタ手段を備えたレーザ装置において、 前記レーザ光を吸収して熱電変換により電気信
    号に変換する手段と、 前記熱電変換手段より得られた電気信号から前
    記レーザ光のレーザ出力の測定基準値を求める基
    準植演算手段と、 前記レーザモニタ手段からの前記レーザ出力測
    定値と前記基準演算手段からの前記測定基準値と
    を比較して較正値を求める較正値演算手段と、 前記較正値演算手段より得られた前記較正値に
    基づいて前記レーザモニタ手段からの前記レーザ
    出力測定値を較正する手段と、 を具備することを特徴とするレーザ装置。 (2) 前記較正値演算手段より得られた前記較正
    値に基づいて前記レーザモニタ手段の光電変換部
