- ケース１の内部に真空室２を設定し、前記真空
室２の上部に注液口３と排気口４を設け、前記真
空室２の下部に排液口５を設けたガス除去装置に
おいて、前記真空室２内に液体の流路を形成する
複数の斜板１２と、前記斜板１２を振動させる超
音波発振子１３を設置したことを特徴とするガス
除去装置。
