It rises and falls in response to the up and down movement of the liquid level due to the receiving and discharging of stored liquid.

At this time, the seal body and the inner surface of the tank slide, generating abnormal frictional heat and causing a fire in that area.If the shaking is severe, the seal body of the floating roof may be damaged, and the floating roof The metal member directly collided with the side wall, and the sparks generated at that time ignited the stored liquid and its vaporized gas that overflowed into the upper part of the sealing body, potentially causing a large fire.

That is, in FIG. 1, the extinguishing agent is delivered into the circumferential space 6 enclosed by the seal body 3 suspended on the outermost edge of the pontoon 2 of the floating roof 1, the tank side plate 4, and the rain cover plate 5. A ring-shaped extinguishing agent pipe 7 is provided, and 2 or 3
A large number of sprinkler heads 8 are installed at predetermined intervals of m to eject extinguishing agent in the event of a fire. Here, the ring-shaped extinguishing agent pipe 7 is placed inside the circumferential space 6 on an L-shaped support 9 protruding from the outer edge of the pontoon 2 .

When the tank 1 swings, it collides with the tank side plate 4 and is damaged, resulting in a fatal defect in that the tank side plate 4 completely loses its function. Furthermore, fire extinguishant piping 7
Since both the sprinkler head 8 and the sprinkler head 8 are housed within the circumferential space 6, when replacing the head or performing maintenance and inspection on the piping, work cannot be carried out unless all the rain cover plates 5 are removed in advance, and restoration requires a great deal of effort. There were some drawbacks that required it.

ころにある。 The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its gist is to arrange a ring-shaped extinguishing agent pipe on the top of the floating roof outside the circumferential space, and to connect the ring-shaped extinguishing agent pipe to the top of the floating roof. A sprinkler head is attached to the tip of the branched flexible heat-resistant and pressure-resistant hose via a detachable fitting, and a sprinkler head storage box is provided on the outside of the rain cover plate, and the sprinkler head integrated with the detachable fitting is attached to the rain cover plate. It can be attached to the storage box removably from the outside.

Reference numeral 17 denotes a ring-shaped fire extinguishing agent pipe arranged in an annular shape on the floating roof 11 outside the rain cover plate 15. In the drawing, an example is shown in which it is fixed to the upper surface of the pontoon 12 via a support 19.

The shape can be arbitrarily selected from rectangular parallelepiped, cone, pyramid, etc. Furthermore, maintenance and replacement can be facilitated by incorporating a valve 24 in the middle of the flexible heat-resistant and pressure-resistant hose 20 that branches the extinguishing agent from the extinguishing agent pipe 17 in preparation for replacing the sprinkler head 18.

The storage box 23 is inclined at a certain angle with respect to the rain shield plate as shown in the figure, so that when the sprinkler head 18 is tightened, the spout of the sprinkler head 18 is directed toward the sealing part and fire extinguishing agent is effectively discharged. It is better to do this.

能を確保することができる。 According to the present invention, the fire extinguishing agent pipe 17 is connected to the rain cover plate 1.
Since the sprinkler head 18 is arranged on the floating roof on the outside of the rain cover plate 5, and the sprinkler head 18 is also structured so that it can be easily attached and removed from the outside of the rain cover plate 15, maintenance and inspection work such as replacing and cleaning the sprinkler head 18 is extremely easy. It has the effect of Further, even if a major earthquake occurs and the floating roof 11 collides with the tank side plate 14, the extinguishing agent pipe 17 and the sprinkler head 18 will not be damaged, and the fire extinguishing function can be ensured.

で、相互に無理な荷重が作用することはない。 That is, the sprinkler head 18 is integrally fixed to the rain shield plate 15, so that even if the floating roof 11 collides with the tank side plate 14 due to an earthquake, the rain shield plate 15 will not pivot as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Collision with the side plate can be avoided by rotating towards the center of the tank around the mounting part. Since the displacement of the sprinkler head 18 and the fire extinguisher pipe 17 at that time is absorbed by the flexible hose, no unreasonable load is applied to each other.

タンクの安全性を著しく向上するものである。 As is clear from the above explanation, according to the mounting structure of the present invention, even if the floating roof shakes violently due to a large earthquake and the floating roof collides with the tank side plate, the fire extinguishing sprinkler head and The use of the structure of the present invention significantly improves the safety of floating roof tanks, since the fire extinguishing function can be maintained without damaging the auxiliary equipment.
