Claims (1)
- マイクロ波を発生するマイクロ波発生器と、同
マイクロ波発生器よりマイクロ波伝送路を介して
上記マイクロ波を入力し交播電界強度を高める空
胴共振器と、同空胴共振器内に配設され所定のガ
スを封入した放電管と、上記空胴共振器に接続さ
れ上記放電管の周辺部に空気を送風する送風機を
有する送風用ダクトとからなることを特徴とする
オゾン発生装置。
