Claims (1)
- 赤外線受光用の開口部を除いて導電性の格納容
器で囲つた容器の開口部側に導電性の取付枠を設
けて赤外線集光部を取りつけ、前記赤外線集光部
よりも前記格納容器内側に赤外線検出素子を配置
した赤外線検出器において、少なくとも前記赤外
線集光部の受光側の外側と前記導電性格納容器に
接する面上を表面素抵抗値が１０Ω口以下となる
ようにＩＴＯでコーテイングし、前記導電性格納
容器と赤外線集光部のＩＴＯとを電気的に接続し
たことを特徴とする赤外線検出器。
