保持用詰め物。 (2) 少なくとも1個の冷媒保持用の保冷材と、
該保冷材が収容されている容器とからなつており
、前記保冷材は吸液性基体に吸液性ポリマー粒子
が実質的に均一に存在するように形成されており
、前記容器は少なくとも相対向する二つの平面を
有しその内部へ液体を導入可能に構成されており
、前記容器の少なくとも一つの平面の少なくとも
中央域が液不透過性面域となつており、前記液不
透過性面域がこれと対向する前記保冷材の片面の
少なくとも大部分を覆つている保冷用詰め物。 (3) 前記容器の内部に液体を導入するため、該
容器における前記液不透過性面域と同じ面に液透
過性面域が形成されている請求項1記載の保冷用
詰め物。 (4) 前記容器の内部に液体を導入するため、該
容器における前記液不透過性面域と異なる面に液
透過性面域が形成されている請求項1記載の保冷
用詰め物。 (5) 前記吸液性基体が繊維質素材からなる請求
項1又は2記載の保冷用詰め物。 (6) 前記液透過性面域が繊維不織布からなる請
求項2記載の保冷用詰め物。 (7) 前記液不透過性面域がプラスチツクシート
又はフイルムからなる請求項2記載の保冷用詰め
物。 (8) 前記液不透過性面域が液透過性不織布の内
面及びこれと対向する前記保冷材の片面との間に
液不透過性プラスチツクシート又はフイルムが重
ね合せられてなる請求項2記載の保冷用詰め物。 (9) 吸液性繊維質基体に吸液性パリマー粒子が
実質的に均一に存在するように一体に固定されて
シート状又はマツト状に成形された少なくとも1
個の冷媒保持用の保冷材が、少なくとも相対向す
る第1平面及び第2平面を有する扁平な袋状容器
に収容されており、前記第1平面が液透過性繊維
不織布で形成されているとともに該不織布の少な
くとも両側域を残してその中央域の内面に液不透
過性プラスチツクシート又はフイルムが配置され
ており、前記液不透過性プラスチツクシート又は
フイルムがこれと対向する前記保冷材の少なくと
も大部分を覆つており、前記第2平面が液不透過
性プラスチツクシート又はフイルムで形成されて
いる保冷用詰め物。 (10) 吸液性繊維質基体に吸液性ポリマー粒子が
実質的に均一に存在するように一体に固定されて
シート状又はマツト状に成形された少なくとも1
個の冷媒保持用の保冷材が、少なくとも第1平面
及びこれと対向する第2平面を有する箱型容器に
収容されており、前記容器の第1平面が液透過性
繊維不織布で形成されているとともに該不織布の
少なくとも両側域を残してその中央域の内面に液
不透過性プラスチツクシート又はフイムが配置さ
れており、前記液不透過性プラスチツクシート又
はフイルムがこれと対向する前記保冷材の少なく
とも大部分を覆つており、前記第2平面及び他の
面が液不透過性プラスチツクシート又はフイルム
で形成されている保冷用詰め物。
