Claims (1)
- 真空気密を行ない、かつ、電子ビームを補集す
る円筒形状コアと該円筒状コアの外周部に放射状
に取付けた放熱フインとを有する強制空冷形のマ
イクロ波管用コレクタにおいて、前記円筒形状コ
アの端部に円錐形状部品を取付けることを特徴と
するマイクロ波管用コレクタ。
