にその両端開口からそれぞれブツシユの円筒部を
挿入することによりその外端に形成されたフラン

てその中央大径部を上記円筒部の内部に保持する
ことにより上記中央大径部の両端に形成された細
径の螺糸部を露出させ、これら螺糸部をそれぞれ
ステイの一双の脚に形成されたスロツト内に嵌合
してその底に着座させ、これら螺糸部にその先端
からそれぞれナツトを螺入することにより上記一
双の脚の内面を上記ボルトの中央大径部の端面に
