Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本願発明は気体吸い出し装置に関し、特に変質し易い酒
などの液体を入れているボトル内の空気を開口付き栓を
介して吸い出すことによりボトル内の真空度を高めうる
ようにしてなる気体吸い出し装置に関する。
従来、ボトルを開栓して、そのボトル内の酒類などの液
体をボトル外に取り出し、残りの液体を保存しようとし
ても、その液体が空気中に含まれた酸素などに影響され
て変質して味とか風味が変るばかりでなく飲料として耐
え得ない味になったり最悪の場合は腐ったりする欠点が
あった。
本願発明は上記欠点を除去することを目的とするもので
ある。
次に上記目的を達成するための具体的構成を図面に従い
説明すると空気等の気体吸い出し装置本体と、逆止弁を
内蔵したボトル用栓との結合体からなる気体吸い出し装
置であって、前記気体吸い出し装置本体はシリンダー状
部材とそのシリンダー状部材のシリンダー部分に挿入さ
れたピストン部材とからなり、前記シリンダー状部材の
１端を開放してその開口端部をボトル用栓の環状突部と
結合した際、その結合部分が密封状態になりうるように
し、前記シリンダー状部材の他端の開口部からピストン
部材を挿入させ、シリンダー状部材の筒部内でピストン
部材が前後方向に移動しうるようにし、前記ピストン部
材の前端部分の適宜位置に空気排出通路の先端開口を設
け、前記空気排出通路の後端開口を前記ピストン部材の
周側壁面部分の後端部分の適宜位置に設け、前記ピスト
ン部材の空気排出通路の適宜位置に逆止弁を配設し、前
記ピストン部材の後端部分に把持用突起部或いは円盤部
を設け、前記逆止弁付き栓の筒状部分の中間位置を大系
突出部としてボトルの開口部分に着座しうるように形成
し、前記逆止弁付き栓の逆止弁の部分は吹い出し方向に
突出させておき、常時は開栓状態でボトル内の負圧とボ
トル外の大気圧とによる圧力差を逆止弁の部分で生じう
るように形成し、てなる気体吸い出し装置である。
次に上記構成から生じる作用効果を述べると、内部に液
体が充満しているボトルの栓を開栓して、ボトル内の液
体を必要量だけ取り出し、しかる後、本願発明の空気等
の気体吸い出し装置の構成の１部である逆止弁付き栓の
円筒状前端部を前記ボトルの開口部分に欺め込み、そこ
で、本願発明の気体吸い出し装置の構成の１部である、
気体吸い出し装置本体のシリンダー状部材の先端部を、
前記ボトルの開口部分に欺め込まれた逆止弁付き栓の中
間部分に位置する環状突起と接触させて、その部分を気
密状態になり得るようにし、しかる後、前記気体吸い出
し装置本体の構成の１部であるピストン部材を前後運動
させることによりボトル内の空気を確実にボトルの外に
吸い出してボトル内を真空度の高い状態にすることがで
きることとなり、その結果、ボトル内の飲料となる酒な
どを空気中の酸素と接触しないように遮断させることに
より酸素等による酒類の変質の防止しうる効果がある。

第１図は本願発明を施した気体吸い出し装置の構成の主
要構成部分である気体吸い出し装置本体の長手方向へ切
断した縦断面図であり、また第２図は、第１図に示した
気体吸い出し装置本体とともに使用する逆止弁付き栓の
縦断面図であり、第３図は第１図および第２図に示され
た本願発明の気体吸い出し装置を使用した状態を示した

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、ピストン式排気装置と逆止弁付栓とからなる気体吸
    い出し装置 ２、ピストン式排気装置の吸気口部に密着して気密状態
    を保持しうる筒状外端部を有する逆止弁付栓を有する特
