Although the stacking height is the same as that of conventional pallets, the number of stacking stages is increased, and the structure is designed to streamline transportation.

Reference numerals 6 and 6' refer to reinforcing horizontal beams attached to the entire length of the upper surface of the fork insertion holes a and a, and 7 indicates a reinforcing middle beam attached to the center of the base A. At the same time, the upper surface of the base frame A is divided into four equal parts by means of the horizontal beams 6, 6', and 7. In addition, on the front, back, and both sides of the base A, the remaining gaps (the gaps between each ski lever and girder) other than the fork insertion holes a and a are formed by the closing outer plate 8.

The receiving frames 9 and 10 are configured to receive the engine B with the bottom portion of the engine B sunk and accommodated in the base A. In this case, the reason why the pair of receiving frames 9 and 10 are placed in opposite positions is to ensure that the four engines placed in an array do not collide with each other and are arranged without gaps. Depending on the type of engine, such consideration may not be necessary.

is installed. In addition, when the column 13 is inserted all the way to the bottom of the guide tube 11 as shown in the drawing (state where it can be used as a column pallet), the tip of the pivot forming retractor 14 is inserted into the guide tube. 1
The column 13 is held in a retracted state by being pressed against the inner wall of the column 1, and is configured to be inserted into the engagement hole 11a when the column 13 is pulled up a required amount when folding the pallet. Further, the projecting element 14 may have any form as long as it is provided with a protruding force via a spring so that it can freely extend and retract. Reference numeral 15 denotes a stopper piece protruding from a predetermined location of the column 13, and by engaging with the stopper groove 11b of the guide tube 11 described above, the column 13 is stopped.
It is designed to be stable under the plugged-in condition.

The pallets are mounted and supported with their bottom parts submerged in the base A, and the pallets with the engine mounted in this state can be moved like normal pallets via a forklift, or stacked for storage or transportation. It is something to be engaged in.

When reaching the engagement hole 11a of 11, the column 13 enters the engagement hole 11a, and therefore, the column 13 is prevented from being pulled up any further, and this time, the column 13 is prevented from being pulled up further, and this time, the column 13 is prevented from being pulled up further. As a result of being allowed to rotate, the column 13 is folded as shown by the chain line in FIG.

The upper surface of the pallet base A is divided into the required number of equal parts through the required reinforcing crossbars, and each of the divided parts is equipped with an engine B to be placed on its bottom part as a base. Since appropriate supporting frames are installed to support the engine while it is housed in the A, this is compared to the conventional case where the engine is placed on the top surface of the pallet base. , it is permitted to reduce the height of the entire pallet by the thickness of the pallet base A (fork insertion hole formation). Therefore, when stacking pallets, the number of stacking stages is increased even though the stacking height is the same as that of conventional pallets.
As a result, according to the present invention, the space for transportation and storage can be rationalized well.

Since the remaining gap except for the fork part is closed via the closing outer plate 8, for example, failure of fork insertion,
Alternatively, problems such as a protruding object entering the base A and damaging the bottom portion of the engine B placed on it can be prevented from occurring.
