Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 比較的に高融点の素材で成形され相対向する壁
部の内側面に軸孔を形成するとともに壁部の内側
に軸孔と交差する方向を向いた板状の固定フイン
部を一体に成形した筒状のドラムと、 このドラムをインサートした型内において比較
的に低融点でドラムの素材と接着性がない素材で
成形され両端部にドラムの軸孔に対する軸部を一
体に成形しドラムの内側にこのドラムの固定フイ
ン部と交差する方向を向いて回動自在に設けられ
た風向調整用の板状の可動フインとを備えた風向
調整装置であつて、 上記可動フインの一方の端部に対する上記ドラ
ムの壁部の軸孔をこの壁部の外側面に向かつて拡
径した形状に形成し、 上記ドラムをインサートした型内における上記
可動フインの成形時に、可動フインの一方の端部
にドラムの壁部の内側面に対するフランジ部を一
体に成形するとともに、このフランジ部に続く軸
部をドラムの壁部の拡径した形状の軸孔に対する
拡径した形状の軸部として成形し、 上記固定フイン部に対する可動フインの縁部の
軸心からの距離をこの可動フインの拡径した形状
の軸部がある一方の端部側を長くかつ他方の端部
側を短くしたことを特徴とする風向調整装置。
