Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 比較的薄肉の板状金属素材から円筒部と底部と
を有する有底円筒状に成形され、デイスクブレー
キ用キヤリパのシリンダボアに該円筒部の開口側
端部が該シリンダボア外へ突き出した状態で摺動
可能に嵌合されるとともに、該円筒部の開口側端
部の外周面にダストブーツを嵌め着けるための環
状溝が形成されるピストンにおいて、 前記円筒部の開口側端部を、内周側へ絞つた後
前記底部側へ圧縮して該円筒部の該開口側端部よ
り該底部側に位置する部分よりも小径かつ厚肉の
小径厚肉部とし、該小径厚肉部の外周面に前記環
状溝を形成するとともに、該環状溝の前記底部側
に位置する一方の側壁を、該小径厚肉部の基端に
形成された環状段付部に設けたことを特徴とする
デイスクブレーキ用キヤリパのピストン。
