Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入射レンズを有した入射軸設定部によつて
    レーザ発振器の出力するレーザ光を可撓性を有し
    た光導波路の入射端に入射させ、該光導波路によ
    つてレーザ光を被照射物へ導くレーザ光伝送装置
    であつて、 前記入射軸設定部と光導波路の入射端とを同軸
    的に連結したスリーブと、 該スリーブをその中心軸線方向に移動自在に支
    持する案内軸受けと、 前記スリーブの中心軸線方向に沿う弾性力でス
    リーブを案内軸受けに連結して、前記光導波路に
    一定以上の張力が作用するとその張力の大きさに
    応じたスリーブの移動を可能ならしめる付勢機構
    とを具備したことを特徴とするレーザ光伝送装置
    。 (2) 前記入射軸設定部を支持する光軸調整装置
    には、前記入射軸設定部によつて設定される光軸
    の位置を光軸に直交する面内で調整するＸＹステ
    ージと、前記入射軸設定部によつて設定される光
    軸の傾きを調整する傾斜ステージとが装備されて
    いることを特徴とする請求項１記載のレーザ光伝
    送装置。
