Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 放電室で発生した紫外線をキヤピラリ管を介し
て取り出すとともに、放電室に供給された反応ガ
スを紫外線取り出し光路の途中から複数段にわた
つて差動排気する強制排気手段を備えた紫外線発
生装置において、 前記キヤピラリ管を放電室から紫外線取り出し
光路の先端にわたる一連の直管に構成するととも
に、このキヤピラリ管の途中複数箇所に、差動排
気通路に連通する通気孔を形成してあることを特
徴とする紫外線発生装置。
