Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１電極と第２電極との間に太陽電池素子が形
    成されてなる発電構造体を複数個配列し各発電構
    造体を直列に接続した基板上に、上記発電構造体
    と同じ積層構造の整流用構造体を形成し、この整
    流用構造体の第１電極を上記基板の一端側に位置
    する上記発電構造体の第１電極に接続し、且つ上
    記整流用構造体の第２電極および上記基板の他端
    側に位置する上記発電構造体の第２電極を夫々出
    力用端子に接続したことを特徴とする太陽電池。
