[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention is a scaffolding bracket that serves both as a support for the overhang of a structure and as a scaffold in concrete construction. This is related. (Prior art) As shown in Fig. 7, a conventional scaffolding bracket that also serves as a support for an overhang in this type of concrete construction has an extension arm (R) that can be slid freely on the side member of the triangular frame-shaped bracket body (A). They are constructed so that they are tightened and fixed by fitting bolts. Therefore, after applying the vertical member of the main body A to the PC wall D and tightening and fixing it with a bolt screwed into the pre-installed anchor E in the PC wall N, the tip of the horizontal member of the main body A is supported by a pipe support, and then, A large pulley and a joist are sequentially placed on the horizontal members of the main body A, and a weir plate for an overhang such as a balcony is assembled on the joist to form the formwork for the overhang. On the other hand, after pulling out the extension arm RO appropriately and tightening and fixing it with the bolt , and tightening and fixing the clamp at the tip of the extension arm RO to the scaffold support wa, place the scaffold board on the extension arm RO. The structure consists of scaffolding. (Problems to be solved by the invention) In the above-mentioned scaffolding bracket that also serves as a support for the overhang in conventional concrete construction, (1) Fine adjustment of the vertical position of the large pulley is not possible. (2) Since the bracket body is an integral fixed object, two types of scaffolding brackets, large and small, are required depending on the length of the overhanging part. (3) Since the large pull is not fixed to the bracket body, there is a risk that the large pull will be displaced. There are problems with these points. (Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, this invention has been developed by using horizontal members 2, vertical members 3, and diagonal members in which several adjustment holes 1 are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals. 4 to each other with bolts 5, 6,
7 to assemble a triangular frame-shaped scaffolding bracket main body 8, and an extension arm 9 is provided at the tip of the cross member 2 so that it can be moved in and out, and a large-sized support bracket 10 is rotatably attached to the upper end at an appropriate location. A mounting bracket 12 threaded with an adjustment bolt 11 that is fitted into the cross member 2 is removably fixed to the cross member 2 with a bolt 13 using an appropriate adjustment hole 1 of the cross member 2, thereby creating a scaffolding bracket that also serves as a support for an overhang in concrete construction. constitute a. (Example) To explain the structure of an embodiment of this invention shown in Figs. 1 to 6, 2 is a horizontal member of a scaffolding bracket a that also serves as an overhang support, and a pair of C-shaped steels are placed back to back. They are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals, and their upper ends are connected by a joint plate 14, and the lower ends are connected by a joint piece 15 fitted between both U-shaped steels. A horizontal member 2 is constructed by arranging adjustment holes 1 in parallel at appropriate intervals. Therefore, the upper part of the connecting metal 16 and the legs 19 of the mounting metal 18 having through holes 17 on both sides are fitted into the base of the cross member 2, and the bolts 20 are inserted into these through holes to connect them. Fit the upper part of the vertical member 3 into the lower part of the vertical member 16 and insert the bolt 5 into their through hole, fit the lower end shape metal 21 of the diagonal member 4 into the lower part of the vertical member 3, and tighten those parts. A bolt 6 is inserted into the through hole, and the upper end of the diagonal member 4 is fitted into the middle part of the cross member 2, and the diagonal member 4 is connected to the appropriate adjustment hole 1 of the cross member 2.
Bolts 7 are inserted into the through holes to form a triangular frame-shaped scaffolding bracket body 8 . Reference numeral 9 denotes an extension arm, which is fitted into the tip of the cross member 2, and a bolt 22 is inserted into the appropriate adjustment hole 1 of the cross member 2 and the through hole at the base of the extension arm 9. Attach the clamp 23 to. Reference numeral 12 denotes a mounting bracket. A square bracket 25 is fixed to the center of the lower surface of the base plate 24, a through hole 26 is bored in the square bracket 25, and the adjustment bolt 11 is inserted into a nut 27 in the middle of the base plate 24 from below. A large-sized support metal 10 is rotatably fitted onto the upper end of the adjustment bolt 11 by screwing it through.
Then, attach the mounting bracket 1 at an appropriate location on the cross member 2.
2 into the crosspiece 2, place the base plate 24 on the crosspiece 2, and insert the bolts 13 into the appropriate adjustment holes 1 of the crosspiece 2 and the through holes 26 of the mounting bracket 12. to form scaffolding bracket a. A is a PC wall, and pre-installed anchors 28 are buried in appropriate locations. B is an overhanging part of a balcony etc. formed with cast-in-place concrete, 29, 30,
Reference numerals 31 denote the weir plate, joist, and sill of the formwork of the overhanging portion B. 32 is the support of scaffold b, 33 is the scaffold board, 34
is a pipe support, and 35 is a mounting bolt for scaffolding bracket a. Next, its effect will be explained. As shown in Fig. 1, if the mounting bracket 18 of the scaffolding bracket a is applied to the PC wall A, and the bolt 35 is inserted into the through hole 17 of the mounting bracket 18 and screwed onto the anchor 28, the weight of the scaffolding bracket a The vertical member 3 comes into contact with the PC wall A, and the scaffolding bracket a is attached to the PC wall A. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
Supported by 4. Thereafter, the scaffolding board 33 is placed on the tip of the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding bracket a, while the joist 31 is fitted and placed in the receiver 10, and the joists are sequentially placed on the joist 31. 30. After placing the weir plate 29 and assembling the formwork for the overhang B, concrete is placed on the weir plate 29 to construct the overhang B. At that time, if the overhang part B is short, the bolts 6 and 7 should be attached and detached to attach and remove the diagonal member 4 as shown in FIG.
is replaced with an appropriately short diagonal member 4a, and bolts 7 are inserted into the appropriate adjustment hole 1 in the center of the cross member 2 and the through hole at the upper end of the diagonal member 4a to form a scaffolding bracket main body 8 . On the other hand, after removing the bolt 13 and sliding the mounting bracket 12 onto the cross member 2 and moving it appropriately toward the center, insert the bolt 13 into the appropriate adjustment hole 1 and the through hole 26, and then attach the receiver 10 to the cross member 2. over the center of the Therefore, after fitting and placing the large pull 31 in the receiver 10, the adjusting bolt 11 is rotated to make the large pull 31
If it is adjusted horizontally to the required height position, the formwork for the short overhang B can be assembled by operating in the same manner as above. Further, after removing the bolt 22 and inserting and removing the extension arm 9 appropriately, inserting the bolt 22 into the appropriate adjustment hole 1 and the through hole of the extension arm 9 allows the horizontal member 2 of the scaffolding bracket a to be adjusted for expansion and contraction. I can do it. (Effects of the invention) The scaffolding bracket for supporting the overhang in concrete construction according to this invention has the following remarkable effects. (1) Since the diagonal material of the scaffolding bracket can be changed to a longer or shorter length, it can be used for both long and short overhangs just by changing the diagonal material, and only one type of scaffolding bracket is required, which is convenient for work. (2) Since the large underlay can be adjusted by moving up, down, left or right, (a) Depending on the length of the overhang, the overhang can be adjusted by moving left and right to place the overhang at the optimal location. It is possible to assemble a formwork and make the formwork solid. (b) By adjusting the vertical movement of the large underlay, the large underwriting can be easily and quickly done horizontally at the required height. (3) Since the Ohiki is formed into a shape and the Ohiki is fitted into it and placed, the Ohiki is properly supported by the Oshitake and there is no fear that the Ohiki will shift, which is beneficial for safety. It is. (4) Since the mounting bracket of the large underlay is bolted to the horizontal member, it is useful for work because it can be attached or detached from the horizontal member as desired and the required number of large underwriters can be attached. (5) It has a simple structure, can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and is easy to operate.
