- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向に着磁した円柱状の永久磁石Ｍと、 円板状部材の周面に歯が形成され、該永久磁石
Ｍの一面に結合する第１の歯車Ｃと、 該第１の歯車Ｃと同形状に形成され、該第１の
歯車に対しピツチ差をもつて該永久磁石Ｍの他面
に結合する第２の歯車Ｄとを該永久磁石の素材で
一体成形してロータＲＴを構成し、 また、半円筒部材の内面に歯が形成され、該第
１および第２の歯車Ｃ，Ｄの周面に対向して非接
触で配設された第３の歯車Ａと、 該第３の歯車Ａと対称に形成され、該第１およ
び第２の歯車Ｃ，Ｄの逆周面に対向し、該第３の
歯車Ａとは1/2ピツチずれて非接触で配設された
第４の歯車Ｂと、 該第３および第４の歯車Ａ，Ｂの間のギヤツプ
Ｇ１，Ｇ２の一方に配設された磁気検出素子Ｅと
によりステータＳＴを構成してなることを特徴と
する歯車式磁気回転センサ。
