Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透光体の一端に発光素子と光位置検知素子を設
け、上記透光体の他端の屈折面を燃料の通路中に
位置させ、上記発光素子より上記屈折面に入射さ
せた屈折光を、燃料の通路中に設けた反射部材の
反射面で反射させたのち再び屈折面に入射させ、
この屈折光を上記光位置検知素子に入射させて燃
料に含有されるアルコールの含有率を検知するア
ルコール含有率センサにおいて、 上記反射部材と透光体の屈折面とで形成される
測定空間に燃料を導く燃料通路をメイン通路とサ
ブ通路とに分けて形成し、 メイン通路を選択的に開閉する切換弁を設け、 上記メイン通路を閉塞したとき上記サブ通路を
流通する燃料の流速を速くしてこの燃料を上記測
定空間に供給することを特徴とするアルコール含
有率センサ。
