はドライバＩＣ、２３は配線基板、２４は金属細
線、２５はヒートシンク、２６はコネクタ、２７
は貫通穴、３０は整列軸を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 配線基板上にＬＥＤアレイチツプと、ＬＥＤア
    レイチツプを駆動するドライバＩＣを搭載し、Ｌ
    ＥＤアレイチツプとドライバＩＣを金属細線で結
    線し、この配線基板をヒートシンクに固定してＬ
    ＥＤアレイヘツドモジユールを構成し、このモジ
    ユールのヒートシンクを共通に貫通する整列軸に
    より２個以上のモジユールをつなぎ合わせて所要
    の長さに構成したことを特徴とするＬＥＤプリン
    トヘツド。
