Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダチユーブの内部に液圧により伸びるロ
ツドを有する単動式液圧シリンダにおいて、 シリンダチユーブの液圧室内に位置するロツド
の先端にダンパー室を形成して該ダンパー室の開
口部をロツド先端面に開口し、該ダンパー室内に
スプールをロツドの軸方向に摺動可能に設けると
ともに該スプールの一端に形成した当接突部が常
にはロツド先端面の開口部から突出するように付
勢部材により付勢し、スプールには当接突部の先
端面に一端開口部が開口する貫通流路を形成して
該貫通流路の他端開口部をダンパー室内面とスプ
ールとにより囲まれる圧縮室内側に開口し、且つ
貫通流路とシリンダチユーブの液圧室内との間を
連通させる流路に絞り抵抗部を設けたことを特徴
とするダンパー機構付き単動式液圧シリンダ。
