Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 粉体１を微振動させて所定量の粉体を計量
    し、粉体供給樋２から粉体を落下させる粉体供給
    フイーダ３と、この粉体供給樋２の下方に揺動自
    在に軸止され、粉体供給樋２から落下した粉体１
    を受けて、これを容器に落下させるためのシユー
    タ４と、このシユータ４の傾斜角を連続的に可変
    する揺動手段５とを有していることを特徴とする
    粉体供給装置。 (2) 前記シユータ４は、基板４ａ上に所定間隔
    を似て２つのフラツプ６，７を回動自在に軸止す
    るとともに、これらフラツプ６，７の角度を制御
    するフラツプ角度制御手段８を備えてなり、この
    フラツプ角度制御手段８によつて両フラツプ６，
    ７の下端間の幅を連続的に可変して粉体の通過幅
    を可変的に規制するよう構成したことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載の粉体供給装置。
