    までの第２の時間を測定する時間測定手段と、 上記時間測定手段で測定される複数の第１の時
    間および複数の第２の時間の度数分布を個別に演
    算処理する処理手段とを備えてなる磁気デイスク
    装置のタイムマージン評価装置。
