……圧縮ばね、５……圧縮ばね、６……レバー、
７……基板押さえ、８……シリンダ。

Claims (1)
- 上面に基板を搭載する凹部を設け、この凹部の
隣合つた２つの側面それぞれに一方の端部のみを
固定した加熱時に湾曲する形状記憶合金からなる
板状部材と、前記基板部材と前記板状部材の固定
されている側面に対向する側面との間に配置され
、冷却時に前記板状部材の湾曲を解消させる圧縮
ばねとを含むことを特徴とする半田付け用基板固
定治具。
