    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 口部付き頂壁の周縁から円筒状周壁を垂下する
    本体部材５と、上記口部を開閉する蓋体６とを、
    各後部で本体部材５に対する蓋体６の回動が可能
    に連結してこれ等本体部材５と蓋体６とを合成樹
    脂材により一体成形させた蓋体付きのキヤツプ状
    部材において、上記本体部材５の後部上端と、上
    記蓋体６の後部下端とを、第１ヒンジ７で連結す
    ると共に、その第１ヒンジ７の両側において、一
    対のＣ字形弾性板８，８下端を第１ヒンジ７より
    も下方の本体部材５後部へ第２ヒンジ９，９を介
    して各々連結すると共に、各弾性板８，８他端を
    第１ヒンジ７よりも上方の蓋体６の後部へ第３ヒ
    ンジ１０，１０を介して各々連結してなり、上記
    蓋体６の閉塞時に各Ｃ字形弾性板８，８が本体部
    材５後部から蓋体６後部に渡つて形成した一対の
    凹部１１，１１内に各々収納されてなることを特
    徴とする蓋体付きのキヤツプ状部材。
