- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガラス球保持型部とこれと長さ方向に連接
されたガラス球基部と接続線の接続部のモールド
型部を備え、前記ガラス球保持型部に電球のガラ
ス球を収容し、樹脂をモールド型部内に注入して
モールドするようにした極小型電球のモールド用
金型において、 前記ガラス球保持型部の径を前記ガラス球の最
大寸法以上に作ると共に、ガラス球保持型部面に
は最小径寸法のガラス球を保持できる厚みをもつ
環状のガラス球保持用緩衝材を設けたことを特徴
とする極小型電球のモールド用金型。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
ガラス球保持型部のガラス球の突きあて端面に緩
衝材を設けたことを特徴とする極小型電球のモー
ルド用金型。
