５ａ〜５ｎを設け、且つ上記コイル状物の外周を
包む面にも貼付け式の取付け要素６，７，９を設
けてなる外カバー１と、 上記コイル状物８の空間状の内周１６の断面お
よび長さ方向の形状と適合する筒状部１２と、そ
の両側に折り返し自在な包囲部１３，１４を設け
ると共に、これら包囲部１３，１４の外カバー１
と接触する面に貼付け式の取付け要素１５を設け
て成る内カバー１１とから構成することを特徴と
