ツドに各々端部を固定したダイヤフラムによつて
密封され、前記突出力によりベルトに張力を加え
るダイヤフラム密封式テンシヨナにおいて、 前記ピストンロツドに切欠平面部を設け、前記
シリンダに圧入される外環部材に前記ロツドの断
面形状に適合する孔を具えた樹脂部材を固定した
