Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の刃と、 該第１の刃に対し、相対的に接離動可能に設け

断部材を裁断する第２の刃と、 前記第１の刃と第２の刃を相対的に接離動させ
る接離動機構と、 前記第１の刃又は第２の刃を第２の刃又は第１
の刃と当接する方向へ常時付勢する付勢手段と、 前記接離動機構と連動可能に設けられ、接離動
機構が前記第１の刃と第２の刃を離反させる間、
前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記第１の刃又は
第２の刃を第２の刃又は第１の刃から離間するよ
う第１の刃又は第２の刃を押動する押動機構とを
具備することを特徴とする切断装置。
