ダ内の塗布剤を塗布する際、前記塗布ノズルの先
端が前記プリント基板の表面から一定の間隔を保
つよう前記プリント基板の表面に当接して塗布ノ
ズルの移動を規制する規制部材を有する塗布装置
に於いて、前記規制部材の先端部表面が塗布剤に
対し非粘着性を有するようにしたことを特徴とす
る塗布装置。 (2) プリント基板に塗布ノズルを介してシリン
ダ内の塗布剤を塗布する際、前記塗布ノズルの先
端が前記プリント基板の表面から一定の間隔を保
つよう前記プリント基板の表面に当接して塗布ノ
ズルの移動を規制する規制部材を有する塗布装置
に於いて、前記塗布ノズルの先端部表面が塗布剤
に対し非粘着性を有するようにしたことを特徴と
