極めて実用性と経済性に富むユニークな実用新案

等に積載して現場に持ち込める様軽量コンパクト
な設計ポリシーの基に開発に成功し、ここに安価

て、ヌキ16,16′等を設置する。然して、前
記タルキ17,20の片側に、第7図明細図示の
ごとく、該形態が型状を呈すアーム支承基台1
を各々取付け固定するが、該アーム支承基台1の
上面にはストツパー25を有した形状のアーム支
承脚25′を設けて成り該アーム支承脚25′上部
から袴設状態としてアーム2の端部に形成したア
ーム連結部4を以つて、前記のアーム支承脚2
5′と連結して支軸ピン26に依りアーム2は自
由回動と成り、従つて、アーム2は支軸ピン26

て固着設定する。以上のごとき作業段取りを行え
ばコンパネ15はタルキ上に固定化かつ、安定設
定され丸のこ21の切割作業中に於てもコンパネ
の位置ずれを完全に妨げる
つぎはいよいよ丸のこ21の定盤22を丸のこ
定規14の外縁線に押し当て乍ら通電した丸のこ
21を定速で押し進めていけば所望の美麗なる直
線切割が施行され、ここに所期の目的が達せられ
る。なを丸のこ21の作動に際して特に注意すべ
き事は、該回転刃がコンパネ15の厚みだけ切断
し、タルキ材迄喰込みしないよう回転刃の切割深
サの調整が必要である。なを本案の特徴でもある
アーム2の連結部4及びアーム支承脚25′との
相互連結に依るアーム2の自由回動を以つてアー
ム2が上下作動する態様を、こゝで分析説明する
と、いまアーム2を水平度から下方に押し下げれ
ば以張りばね9のテンシヨン効果で、丸のこ定規
把持具3はパタンとコンパネ上に強く当接し、逆
にアーム2を水平より上方に持ち上げれば、同
様、引張りばね9のテンシヨン効果でアーム2は
軽快な跳昇作動で第2図の態様となり、すなわち
連結部4内側に構成したストツパー当り4′がア
ーム支承脚25′上部を構成するストツパー25
に接触するためアーム2の上昇作動は完全に阻停
