- 一対の棒状電極間に複数のフイラメントを並設
してなる真空蒸着装置において、棒状電極に長尺
のフイラメント押え具を添設し、該長尺のフイラ
メント押え具によりフイラメントを固定したこと
を特徴とする真空蒸着装置。
