Claims (1)
- 被蒸着物をその両面を露呈させて搭載する板状
のホルダと、このホルダをパレツト枠に対して反
転自在に支承する支軸とを備えた反転蒸着用パレ
ツトにおいて、前記ホルダを支軸を中心として二
分割構成するとともに、これら各ホルダ分割片を
支軸を中心として所定角度に折り曲がつた状態で
係止可能としたことを特徴とする反転蒸着用パレ
ツト。
