両側端面に上記永久磁石群の対向位置にポールピ
ースを配設した非磁性リング状の端盤を設け、ロ
ーターの外周部に所定間隔をもつて対設した２枚
のリング状円板の間に上記シリンダーを介装して
所定空隙をもつてポールピースを上記リング状円
板に対向し、軸受を介しローター支持部材に軸支
してなり、左右磁石支持盤を油圧操作によりそれ
ぞれ左右のポールピース側へ進退自在に設けた渦
