来の比例流量制御バルブにおける電磁コイルの電
流のオン・オフによるデユーテイ比に対する流体

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コアに巻装された電磁コイルと、この電磁コイ
    ルの励磁時に上記コア方向に吸引され比例流量制
    御バルブ本体の流体導入通路の流体の流通量を調
    整する流量調整手段と、この流量調整手段と上記
    コアとの間に介在され上記流量調整手段を吸引方
    向とは反対方向に付勢する第１のスプリングと、
    上記流量調整手段を吸引方向に付勢するとともに
    この流量調整手段の動作に応じて伸縮しかつ上記
    流量調整手段との当接側あるいはこれと反対側の
    上記スプリングホルダのうちの少なくとも一方を
    ねじ溝に螺合された第２のスプリングとを備えた
    比例流量制御バルブ。
