自動２輪車を示す側面図、第５図は従来の不具合
を示す説明図、第６図および第７図は従来技術を
示す断面図である。 １……補強用筒体、２……インテークパイプ、
３……差込み縁、４……差込み溝。
パイプの一実施例を示す側面図、第２図は第１図
のＡ−Ａ線に沿う断面図、第３図は上記インテー
クパイプに装着される補強用筒体を取外して示す
斜視図、第４図はこの考案を適用する対象として
自動２輪車を示す側面図、第５図は従来の不具合

示す断面図である。 １……補強用筒体、２……インテークパイプ、
３……差込み縁、４……差込み溝。
Claims (1)
- エンジンの吸気系に接続されゴム等の弾性材に
より形成されたインテークパイプの脈動変形を生
じる箇所の外面を巻込むように外嵌されるよう軸
方向の一部が切開された略筒状を有する剛性材か
らなる補強用筒体を設け、この補強用筒体の切開
端に差込み縁を形成し、インテークパイプ側にこ
の差込み縁が嵌入する差込み溝を形成してなり、
前記補強用筒体をインテークパイプに外嵌してそ
の差込み縁を差込み溝に嵌入することにより補強
用筒体がインテークパイプに取付けられるように
したことを特徴とする内燃機関のインテークパイ
プ。
