Claims (1)
- 円柱状被検査体が挿入されるゲージ穴を有する
直径判定部材と、該直径判定部材の近傍に設けら
れ円柱状被検査体とゲージ穴との嵌着現象による
直径判定部材の移動を検出する嵌着検出手段と、
該嵌着検出手段の検出信号によつて作動させられ
直径判定部材を加熱してゲージ穴を大きくするヒ
ータとを具備することを特徴とする円柱体の直径
検査装置。
