【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来から用いられている静電容量式位
置センサー、第２図は本考案の静電容量式位置セ
ンサーの回路方式、第３図は本考案の各部動作波
形、第４図は本考案による静電容量式位置センサ
のセンサ位置対出力電圧特性図である。第１図に
於いて１は円筒状金属ケース、２は誘電体筒、３
は金属棒、４は誘電体筒内孔、５，６はリード端
子、第２図に於いてＳはスイツチ、Ｃは静電容量
式センサ、Ｒは抵抗である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長さの変化により静電容量が変化する静電容量
    式位置センサの位置検出回路において、基本周期
    を得るための定周波発振器と、該定周波発振器出
    力を基本周期とし、前記静電容量式位置センサの
    静電容量をＰＷＭ波形出力に変換する回路と、前
    記ＰＷＭ波形を平均化し直流電圧とする回路と、
    該直流電圧を増幅し外部へ出力する回路を有する
    ことを特徴とする静電容量式位置センサの位置検
    出装置。
