- 圧力が加わると抵抗値が変化する加圧導電ゴム
を電極と抵抗体の間に設け、電極側に加速度によ
つて可動でかつ重さ又は電極部に接触する面積の
異なる複数のウエイトを設けたことを特徴とする
加速度センサ。
