Claims (1)
- 液晶表示部とその表示部を駆動する駆動回路部
が異方性導電膜で電気的に接続されてなる液晶表
示装置において、表示部より延設された電極端子
およびその電極端子に異方性導電膜を介して接続
さるれ駆動回路部の配線導体表面上の少なくとも
一方に、断面が三角形状に近似した溝が形成され
ていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。
