信号が入力され、前記第１のタイミング信号と １８０°位相の異なるタイミングの第２のタイ
ミング信号を得る第２のタイミング発生回路と、 前記第１のタイミング信号と前記第２のタイミ
ング信号を合成することにより前記発振信号の周
期の１．５倍の周期の出力信号を出力するゲート
とよりなる分周回路。
