り、第５図は従来の積層型フイルムを示した正面
図である。 １１……支持体、１２……濾過膜、１３……ス
ペーサ、１３ａ……スペーサ、２３……スペーサ
、１７……ユニツト。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中央に連通孔を有する支持板の片面又は両
    面を濾過膜で密封してユニツトとし、このユニツ
    トを複数枚積層して構成したフイルターエレメン
    トにおいて、上記したユニツト同志の間にメツシ
    ユ状のスペーサを担持したことを特徴とする積層
    型フイルターエレメント。 (2) 中央に連通孔を有する支持板の片面又は両
    面を濾過膜で密封してユニツトとし、このユニツ
    トを複数枚積層して構成したフイルターエレメン
    トにおいて、上記ユニツト同志の間にフイルム状
    のスペーサを担持し、このフイルム状スペーサに
    は、多数の通過部を形成したことを特徴とする積
    層型フイルターエレメント。 (3) 上記したフイルターエレメントの構成部品
    を弗素樹脂または弗素樹脂共重合体で形成した請
    求項１又は２記載の積層型フイルターエレメント
    。 (4) 上記したスペーサは単層である請求項１乃
    至３記載の積層型フイルターエレメント。 (5) 上記したスペーサを多層状に形成した請求
    項１乃至４記載の積層型フイルターエレメント。 (6) 径の異なるメツシユ状のスペーサを形成し
    、これらのスペーサを重ね合わせて多層化した請
    求項５記載の積層型フイルターエレメント。
