Abstract

PURPOSE:To calcine the sintered body of ceramics at a good yield by providing a tacky adhesive layer on the rear surface of the bottom of a foam segmented by integrally providing a partition wall in the bottom part fixably by means of a setter. CONSTITUTION:This calcination matting of ceramics is the matting to be placed with bodies to be calcined consisting of the molding of ceramics powder and is formed by providing the tacky adhesive layer on the rear surface of the form segmented by integrally providing the partition wall in the bottom plate part so that the bodies an be fixed to the setter. The above-mentioned calcination matting can be imposed with the bodies to be calcined at the good yield based on the excellent cushion property of the foam by using the foam. The easy integral molding of the partition to prevent the fusion of the adjacent bodies to be calcined is possible as well. Further, the rampageous phenomenon of the foam at the time of thermal decomposition is prevented and the damage, etc., of the bodies to be calcined by the falling down, etc., thereof is prevented by fixing the bodies to be calcined to the setter via the tacky adhesive layer provided on the rear surface and subjecting the same to a calcination treatment.

Conventional Technology When firing an object made of a molded body of ceramic powder that is brittle and prone to damage or breakage, a mat is placed on a setter, and the object to be fired is placed on it using a robot or the like. In addition, a method is used in which a partition is provided to prevent adjacent objects to be fired from being fused to each other due to falling sideways or the like during firing.

However, there was a problem in that the impact when placing the object to be fired on the sheet was large and damage and breakage could not be sufficiently prevented. Furthermore, it was necessary to manually arrange and partition the plastic plates, which caused problems such as complicated work and poor efficiency.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present inventors attempted to overcome the above-mentioned problems by using a foam material that has superior cushioning capacity to sheets and is easy to form partitions into one piece. However, It has been found that there is a problem in that the yield rate of the obtained fired product is lowered due to the occurrence of a burr phenomenon in which the foam randomly moves as if writhing due to shrinkage during thermal decomposition.

The inventors of the present invention were able to overcome this phenomenon and complete the invention (as a result of intensive research, they unexpectedly discovered that the objective could be achieved by fixing the foam with an adhesive layer. The inventors have experienced that when laminated with an adhesive layer interposed and fired, the adhesive layer shrinks during thermal decomposition, which causes warping and waviness of the fired sheet. It was unexpected that the fringing phenomenon caused by shrinkage of the foam during thermal decomposition could be overcome by adding an adhesive layer that shrinks during thermal decomposition in the same way as the foam itself.

By using a working foam, objects to be fired can be placed on the yield surface based on its excellent cushioning properties. Also, partitions can be used to prevent adjoining objects to be fired from fusion. It can be easily formed in one piece.Furthermore, by fixing it to a setter through the adhesive layer provided on the back side and firing it, it is possible to prevent the fringing phenomenon of the foam during thermal decomposition as described above, and it is possible to prevent the foam from cracking during thermal decomposition. Damage caused by falling etc. can be prevented.

In the present invention, the main body can be efficiently obtained by foam molding of beads, etc., and the form of division by partition walls is arbitrary. The general dimensions of the main body are the thickness of the bottom plate, 100 μFa to 2 mm, partition wall thickness 500
νm~5 mt+ and the height is 5~50M, but is not limited thereto and may be determined as appropriate depending on the form, weight, etc. of the object to be fired. The foam used to form the main body is as follows:
The material used is one that thermally decomposes and disappears during firing of the body to be fired, which is a molded body of ceramic powder. Generally, materials made of polyethylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, EPT rubber, etc. are used.

The thickness is determined as appropriate, but is usually IO to 500 νm. The adhesive layer can be attached by, for example, a method of coating the adhesive layer, a method of transferring the adhesive layer provided on the separator, or the like. It is preferable that the adhesive layer is covered and protected with a separator until the object to be fired is placed on the firing pad or until it is fixed to the setter. The separator can be obtained by treating a plastic film with a release agent.

In the firing process of the object to be fired using the firing pad of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG.
An appropriate method may be used, such as a method in which the object to be fired 4 is placed in a compartment in the main body, the setter is placed in a firing furnace, and the object to be fired is fired. By the firing process, the main body of the firing pad and the adhesive layer are thermally decomposed and disappear, forming the desired fired body. There are no particular limitations on the object to be fired.

Effects of the Invention Since the baking mat of the present invention is made of a foam, it has excellent cushioning properties and is difficult to cause damage or breakage when objects to be baked are placed thereon, and also has an excellent partitioning effect, resulting in an excellent yield. Further, since the firing bed is provided with partition walls in advance, there is no need to provide them during the firing process of the objects to be fired, resulting in excellent work efficiency and the creation of the firing bed is easy. Furthermore, since an adhesive layer is provided so that it can be fixed to a setter, it is possible to prevent the foam from fracturing during firing, and the ceramic can be fired stably, resulting in an excellent yield of fired products.
