  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 開口部に向けて拡大するテーパを有する合成
    樹脂又は紙製の容器にインスタント食品を収容し
    、前記容器の胴部の適宜な箇所又は全体に容器に
    対して水平な方向に蛇腹部を設け、かつ容器胴部
    にはバンド型断熱部材が配置され、この断熱部材
    の最大径が容器口縁部より内側に存在するインス
    タント食品用の伸縮自在な容器。 ２ 開口部に向けて拡大するテーパを有する合成
    樹脂又は紙製の容器にインスタント食品を収容し
    、前記容器の胴部の適宜な箇所又は全体に容器に
    対して水平な方向に蛇腹部を設け、かつ容器胴部
    にはバンド型断熱部材が配置され、この断熱部材
    の最大径が容器口縁部より内側に存在するインス
    タント食品用の伸縮自在な容器を収縮性のフイル
    ムで包装し、これを収縮させることにより前記容
    器の蛇腹部が収縮された状態で包装された前記容
    器。
