    電圧に対する光パワーの大きさを表すテーブルを

    ずれかに格納するテーブル作成機能と、前記テン
    ポラリフアイルに格納されている補正テーブルと
    前記補正テーブルフアイルのいずれかに格納され
    ている補正テーブルとの差を演算してその結果を
    前記表示装置に表示するように制御する演算結果
