- 市水を断続的に流して、純水の温度を一定に保
ちつつ、純水をレーザ発振器の集光器へ循環させ
て、集光器を冷却する冷却装置において、市水の
流れを制御する主バルブと並列にもう１つの従バ
ルブを有することを特徴とするレーザ発振器の冷
却装置。
