Claims (1)
- 超音波ウエルダーにおいて、振動系に微小信号
を与えておき、信号の変化により振動系が被加工
物に加圧接触したことを検出して前記振動系に高
周波電力を供給し、超音波振動を制御する発振器
を有することを特徴とする超音波ウエルダー。
