Claims (1)
- 発振源と、この発振源の高周波信号を減衰させ
る減衰器と、この減衰器の減衰量を制御するコン
トローラと、出力ポートと、上記減衰器と出力ポ
ートとの間に設けられ、上記出力ポートからの反
射波を分配する反射波分配器と、上記反射波分配
器からの反射波を検波する検波器と、上記検波器
からの信号を増幅する増幅器と、上記増幅器から
送られる信号の制限値を検出し、上記発振源、コ
ントローラへ発振を停止させる信号を送る制御値
検出器とを備えた事を特徴とする高周波信号源。
