  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 映像信号から垂直同期信号および水平同期信号
    を検出する同期信号検出手段と、 前記検出された垂直同期信号を基準に、前記検
    出された水平同期信号の数をカウントするカウン
    ト手段と、 前記カウント手段のカウント値に応じて映像信
    号処理を行なう映像信号処理手段と、 前記映像信号中のコピー禁止信号が含まれる区
    間を検出するコピー禁止信号区間検出手段と、 この検出されたコピー禁止信号区間中前記カウ
    ント手段のカウントを停止し、または代替信号を
    カウントさせるカウント制御手段と を具備してまり、コピー禁止信号による映像信号
    処理の誤動作を防止する映像処理装置。
