- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁箱内に位置して金属材料から形成された弁座
および、周縁部が上記弁箱に流体密に支持される
とともに中央部が上記弁座に対し接離自在に対向
するメタルダイヤフラムを有するメタルダイヤフ
ラム弁において、 上記メタルダイヤフラムに、上記弁座との接触
部を覆う軟質金属のアモルフアス・コーテイング
を施したことを特徴とするメタルダイヤフラム弁
