Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 酸化皮膜層、電解質層および導電層が順次
生成された凹部を備えた平板状の陽極体を、帯状
の陰極体の両面に配置するとともに、少なくとも
一部に半田付け可能な金属からなる接続部が形成
された帯状の陽極端子を、陽極体の所望の側面に
溶接したことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 (2) 前記陽極端子が、半田付け可能な金属とア
ルミニウムとのクラツド材からなることを特徴と
する請求項１記載の固体電解コンデンサ。 (3) 前記陽極端子が、一方の表面に半田付け可
能な金属を蒸着したアルミニウムからなることを
